Fall Suppers of the Northern Plains


For several years I maintained and, as I could, updated this page of information about fall suppers. After 2005 I was not able to keep it up. I’ve left the final postings—the table below—in place here. Now I’m starting over, with help, in the attempt to establish a better and more sustainable website devoted to fall suppers. I’ve made the documentation of fall suppers an assignment for students in my course at NDSU, HIST 431: The North American Plains. Documentation gathered by the students will be incorporated into a new fall-supper website at the NDSU Center for Heritage Renewal.—TI
